Who is Noise Militia?

Hello, and welcome. My name is Brandon Zajac, and I’m the founder of Noise Militia—an audio brand built from the ground up with one mission in mind: to help artists achieve powerful, professional sound.

I specialize in mixing, editing, and mastering with a strong focus on clarity, balance, and emotional impact. Whether it’s sculpting tonal depth in a mix, tightening performances with detailed edits, or applying the final polish in mastering, every project I take on is handled with care, precision, and respect for your creative vision.

I’ve recently completed a 6-week Mastering Intensive designed to sharpen critical listening and technical skills in a focused, professional workflow. I’m also currently enrolled in The Reverse Engineer program by Mastering.com, furthering my education and deepening my understanding of mastering at an industry level.

While I continue to grow my portfolio and client base, my long-term goal is to become a full-time mixing and mastering engineer, helping artists bring their music to its highest potential. I’m deeply committed to this craft and to providing a reliable, high-quality experience for every artist I work with.

If you're looking for someone who values both the art and the science of sound—and who’s genuinely invested in your music—I’d be honored to collaborate with you.

Let’s create something that sounds incredible.

  • CEO
The undisputed boss of the studio. Gimli makes all final decisions (usually by knocking something off a desk). When he’s not pacing the control room like a dictator, he’s catching zzz’s in the sun-dreaming of royalty checks.

  • CFO

The loudest one in the room and the least likely to follow any plan. Louise doesn’t understand budgeting, but she does know how to demand attention. Still deciding if CFO stands for “Chief Financial Officer” or “Constant Food Obsessor”

  • Head of HR

If you’re not up to standard, Avery will definitely let you know. A judgy glar. A dramtic tail flick. HR violations? She wrote the book. Approach with caution, and snacks.

  • Head of Operations

She may not know what’s going on, but she’s happy to be here. Thelma oversees moral and reminds the team that vibes > productivity. If there’s a squirrel outside, all meetings are canceled.
